Eskdale Court

Our refurbished offices at Greengarth are open for business – and they are set to secure big cost savings for the organisation.

LLWR spent £29,000 last year on booking external facilities for meetings, but the new professional venue at Eskdale Court, a joint effort with Framework partner GRAHAM Construction, is expected to cut back on the need for such expenditure.

Eskdale Court has five meeting rooms, each named after a planet, with Jupiter, the largest, able to accommodate 45 guests conference-style, 65 all-sitting or 120 standing. The four other rooms, Saturn, Neptune, Venus and Mars, hold between 6 and 19.

The building boasts full disabled access with ample car parking. Rooms have IT access and a fully fitted kitchen.

LLWR formerly had offices on the Greengarth Business Park site, before its move to Pelham House, and the new facilities are seen as ideal for meetings/training.

Visits Co-ordinator, Donna Glasson, said:

I didn’t recognise the place from when I worked at Greengarth 8 years ago.

It’s finished to a very high standard and has excellent IT facilities in every office that could easily fulfil any meeting requirements.

Eskdale Court has the advantage of being situated between Site and Pelham, and we’ve already started booking meetings for several different departments.
